Client Data Handling
How Blackpine minimizes public intake and establishes a controlled exchange method before sensitive engagement material is requested.
Public intake
The public contact form should contain only the information needed to understand the inquiry and arrange next steps.
Do not submit passwords, MFA secrets, private keys, full log exports, regulated records, confidential client files, or sensitive incident evidence through the public form.
Engagement-specific exchange
The appropriate transfer method depends on the sensitivity, size, retention needs, and scope of the engagement.
The method and authorized recipients should be agreed before sensitive material is exchanged.
Access and minimization
Access should be limited to what the agreed work requires.
Evidence and account access should not be collected simply because it may be convenient later.
Retention
Specific retention commitments must match the actual engagement agreement and operational process. Blackpine does not publish invented retention periods as marketing copy.
